What the content promotes, in plain words
The videos and captions we send you are normal, safe-for-work social media content. You will never be asked to post anything explicit. But the subscription pages your tracking link points to belong to adult (18+) content creators. That is what your link ultimately promotes, and it's why this program is 18+ only, why we verify your ID before your link goes live, and why we pay in crypto. If you're not comfortable with that, don't apply. We'd rather tell you here than have you find out later.
1. What this is
Post & Earn is an affiliate program operated by Digital Content Innovations LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). You take part as an independent contractor, not an employee. There is no wage, no salary, and no promise of income: you're paid per result, as described below.
2. Who can join
- You must be 18 or older. Before your tracking link goes live, we verify this once with a government ID and a selfie. It's a payout compliance requirement tied to the 18+ platform your link points to.
- You need your own smartphone (iPhone or Android), your own SIM with mobile data, and a Telegram account.
- One account per phone. A second device with its own SIM may run a second account with its own link. Two accounts on one phone, or sharing an account between people, gets you removed.
3. How pay works
- You earn $1 for every qualified subscriber: someone who joins (free) through your unique tracking link and is still following 14 days later. Fake, bot, or gone-in-a-week subscribers never qualify.
- Only your unique link counts. If someone reaches the page any other way, we have no way to attribute them to you, and no credit is given. This is stated up front so there's no dispute later.
- Payouts go out monthly, by the 5th, once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances carry over, nothing expires.
- Payment is in USDC (a dollar-pegged cryptocurrency), on Ethereum or Solana, to a wallet address you provide. Crypto only: no bank transfer, no PayPal, no gift cards.
- Joining costs you nothing, ever. We never ask you for money. Anyone who does is not us.
4. Honest numbers, no income promises
How much you earn depends entirely on how many qualified subscribers your link brings in. We make no income guarantees. Any example figures on our site are illustrations of the mechanic, not predictions of what you will earn. Most consistent posters earn a modest side income; results vary widely and can be zero.
5. Your responsibilities (including FTC rules)
- Post only the content we send you. Don't mix in material from anywhere else, and don't edit what we send without asking.
- Never buy followers, likes, subscribers, or clicks, and never use bots, VPN tricks, or incentives ("sub and I'll pay you back") to inflate numbers. Fraudulent activity forfeits unpaid earnings and ends the relationship.
- No income claims. When you talk about this program anywhere (posts, DMs, comments, recruiting friends), you may state the mechanic ($1 per qualified subscriber) but never a promised total ("earn $500/month"). Unsubstantiated earnings claims violate US FTC rules and these terms.
- Follow the FTC Endorsement Guides. If you promote or endorse anything in a way that creates a material connection between you and us, US law may require you to disclose that connection clearly. Don't present paid promotion as an unpaid personal opinion where a disclosure is required.
- Follow platform rules. You're responsible for keeping your conduct within Instagram's and Telegram's terms of service.
- Don't misrepresent the content or the program, to your audience or to anyone you refer to us.
6. Fraud checks and pauses
We verify account activity and subscriber quality before anything is paid (that's the 14-day check). If we see unusual patterns, on your account or program-wide, we can pause payouts while we investigate. Confirmed fraud means removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid balances. Honest affiliates are unaffected: subscribers that are real always qualify.
7. Taxes
As an independent contractor you're responsible for your own taxes. If you're a US person, or your cumulative payouts exceed $600 in a year, we'll ask for a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US) before further payment.
8. Your data
Application details go to our screening team and are used only to run the program. ID verification is done once, for age compliance. We don't sell your information. To ask about or delete your data, message us on the Telegram channel you applied through or reply to any email we've sent you.
9. Ending things
You can stop any time by telling us on Telegram; we can end the relationship at any time for fraud, rule-breaking, or program changes. Qualified, non-fraudulent earnings already vested are still paid out on the normal schedule.
10. Changes
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes and we announce it on the Telegram channel. Continuing to post after a change means you accept it.
